This Weekend Workshop is designed for those who want to learn to make a wedding cake from beginning to end. In it you will learn how to bake and assemble a three-tiered cake and many kinds of decorating ideas.
Sasha has made hundreds of cakes in her pastries career. This promises to be an informative and very practical course. It is recommended you have some baking experience before attending this Course. Also, please bring your own pastry bag and tips. Have fun!

Accents are sexy when the wine flows. Share your passion of wine, food and international diversity at the famous Castle Di Amorosa winery in Napa Valley.
This tour will be held in Napa Valley. From there we will take the road north to the Castle Winery (Castello di Amorosa) and tour the castle followed by wine tasting for approximately two hours. Lunch will follow at Tra Vigne Italian restaurant. Food costs are included.
Schedule:
12:00 pm - Meet in St. Helena
12.30 pm - Arrive at Castello di Amorosa
2.30 pm - Depart for lunch
3.30 pm - Enjoy lunch at Travigne Restaurant
6:00 pm - Leave Napa Valley around 6pm. Arrive in SF by 7:30pm.
